Who we are
AI Automation by VIA is the trading name of Chloe Franks, a sole trader. You can contact us at hello@aiautomationbyvia.co.uk, or by post at Unit B3, Southwell Business Park, Portland, Dorset.
What we offer
Claude Cowork training for business owners, including taster sessions, training sessions, and monthly retainers, and custom coded website builds with optional ongoing hosting and maintenance.
Booking and payment
Training sessions and taster sessions are booked through the site and confirmed once a date is agreed. Payment is due as set out at the time of booking. Retainers are billed monthly and continue until cancelled with notice as set out in our cancellation policy. Website projects are quoted individually and paid in stages as agreed before work begins.
Cancellations and refunds
Covered in full in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
What we ask of you
For training sessions to work well, we ask that you're available for the full session, and that any access or information we need to do the work is provided honestly and on time.
Our responsibility to you
We'll deliver training and website work to a professional standard. We can't guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or time savings, results depend on your business and how the tools are used afterward. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Ownership of work
Once a website project or workflow build is paid in full, it's yours. We may keep and reuse general techniques and non confidential knowledge gained, but never your specific business information.
Keeping things confidential
Anything we see or access during a session or project stays private. We won't share your business information with anyone else.
Third party tools
We build on tools like Claude and Netlify. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by those services being unavailable or changed by their providers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one live on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
