One hour, one to one. No implementation, just a clear explanation of what Claude Cowork can do for your business, and honest ideas on where to start. If you want it built, that's what the training session is for.
Initial Workplace Training

Covers up to 3 people from your business. Bigger team, or more than one department? We'll either scale the session or split it across two dates, quoted once we know the shape of it. Also unlocks the lesson library.
Worth knowing upfront: you'll also need your own Claude subscription to actually use what we set up, roughly £17 to £20 a month, paid directly to Anthropic, separate from our fees.

Not on a retainer, but something's broken?
Past training clients can always get in touch to fix a specific issue, no need to sign up for a monthly retainer just for a one off problem. This costs more than retainer support per hour, that's intentional, it's what keeps the retainer worth having.
£150 call out fee, covers getting to the bottom of the issue, plus £120 an hour for any further work needed to fix it.
