A plain English walkthrough of what Claude Cowork actually is, then we connect the tools you use day to day, carefully, with permissions explained as we go. We also cover the different AI models on offer, what they're actually for, and how to pick the right one for what you're doing.
Safety first
Before anything touches real data, we cover approval modes: how to control what the AI can do on its own versus what it checks with you first. You'll leave knowing exactly how to stay in control.
Build real workflows
The bulk of the session, hands on, using your actual admin. Not a demo account, not a hypothetical. By the end, something real is working.
Test it, then hand it over
We run it together, troubleshoot anything that trips up, and finish with next steps, including whether a retainer or a one off call out fits you better going forward.
