What actually is Claude Cowork?
It's an AI assistant that can work directly with your files, browser, and connected apps, reading and writing documents, drafting emails, filling in spreadsheets, and more, with you in control of what it's allowed to do at every step.
Do I need to be "techy" for this to work?
No. If you're comfortable using a laptop for everyday things (email, online banking, a spreadsheet), that's enough. The session is built around your existing comfort level, not a baseline of technical knowledge.
Is my data safe?
We spend real time on this in the session. You choose exactly which of your accounts and files get connected, and you control how much the AI can do on its own before checking in with you, from asking permission for every single action, to a more hands off mode with automatic safety checks running in the background.
What if I only want help with one thing?
That's common, and completely fine. Some clients want one workflow (say, invoicing) fully built and rock solid; others want a broader overview so they can explore on their own. We agree the goal together at the start of the session.
What happens after the session?
You're set up to keep going on your own. If you'd rather have ongoing support, a retainer covers monthly check ins and help adding new workflows. If something breaks down the line, a one off call out gets you fixed without starting over.
Where do you run sessions?
In person, for business owners in Weymouth, Portland, and Dorchester. Anywhere else, we run the same training online. If you'd rather have it in person and you're further afield, that's possible too, travel and any overnight costs just get added to the quote.
How much does it cost?
Training sessions run £300 to £400 for 3 to 4 hours, depending on scope. Full details on the Packages page.
