What happens if plans change.
Taster and training sessions
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, or a missed session, may be charged in full, since that time was held for you.
Monthly retainers
You can cancel a retainer at any time with 30 days' notice. You'll be billed for the current month, cover continues until the end of it.
Website projects
Website builds are paid in agreed stages. If a project is cancelled partway through, you're responsible for payment covering work already completed, the rest isn't charged.
Your legal rights
If you're booking as an individual rather than a business, UK consumer law may give you additional cancellation rights we can't remove by writing a policy that says otherwise. Nothing here limits those rights.
